The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) also known as the Senior Food Box Program, supplies a free box of food to seniors every month. The box includes 4 cans of vegetables, 2 cans of fruit, 1 can of meat or tuna, 2 cans of juice, 2 boxes of breakfast cereal, milk, pasta, a plant-based protein (peanut butter or beans), and a 2lb package of cheese.
This program runs through partnerships with over 35 organizations, including food pantries, senior housing facilities, and social service organizations across Montgomery County. These organizations help seniors to enroll in the program and collect their CSFP box. To find a pick-up location near you, check our CSFP map below.
You must be at least 60 years old and meet the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines to qualify.

Free Produce for Seniors
Seniors aged 60 or older who meet income requirements receive checks to use at participating farmers markets from June 1st through November 30th. This program improves nutrition for seniors and provides an important source of income for many small farmers in Pennsylvania.
